Denver Lofts for Sale - Market Update May 2015

 Denver Lofts

Living in Downtown Denver you have a multitude of choices.      The distinction of a Denver loft is the exposed duct work, 9+ foot ceilings, sometimes the ceilings are concrete, exposed brick walls, and very open floor plans.    Some Lofts in Denver have partial walls for the bedroom(s).      Some units feature ceiling to floor windows/doors allowing light to flood into the units.    Most are ranch-type units, but there are townhomes available.    Would you want a view of the mountains or of the City?  Would your choice be a loft or a condo - ranch or townhome style?   There are lofts, condos and townhomes with multiple floors available in downtown Denver.

Purchasing a loft/condo in Downtown Denver and having a deeded parking space is highly sought after and are at a premium.    With Union Station (light rail) available within walking distance to many parts of Denver, this is a popular mode of transportation, and soon will go to Denver International Airport.

Currently there are 79 units showing Under Contract, and there were 131recorded  sales of Denver Lofts in the month of May.

I have created a page for many of the loft buildings in downtown Denver with information by building such as HOA fees, number of units per building, amenities and garage spaces available.     Check out this link for more information on Denver Lofts.

If you choose to venture out of downtown, there is some great hiking, biking, camping and skiing with a short drive into the mountains - all within an hour!  There are lakes in Denver as well as many in the mountains in which to boat, jet ski or fish!  With all the outdoor activities available, Denver has been touted to be in the Top 10 healthiest states!

Downtown Lofts in Denver  offer 5 star restaurants, cultural & sporting events, and nice to have a short walk back home.  There is a free shuttle on 16th Street for easy access downtown and so much to choose from all within walking distance.  Downtown Denver is a great location to have a 2nd home!  Nice to have a "lock n leave" property, and soon there will be lite rail access from Denver International Airport to downtown.
