Every 4th of July Cape Coral has a large fireworks display, and party! The bridge to Ft. Myers is closed down as well as much of the main street (Cape Coral Parkway). There are vendors and lots of fun. The fireworks can be viewed from the event, or several parks around the area. Many will take their boats into the river and watch from there. It is a great family time!
