Winter has returned to the Southland...

Here in northwest Florida, we thought winter was over. It is Spring, isn't it!  Why, the spring-breakers were all here for the last couple of weeks, and boats are back out to sea and in the bay, and wave-runners are zooming up and down the bay, the wind-surfers are on the bay, I even prepared my own boat for a week end getaway.  But now, it is downright cold outside, the wind is blowing, and the chill cuts to the bones.... Somebody tell me what's going on!  It ain't supposed to be like this in Florida!!
