Regency Neighborhood is conveniently located in West Mobile off of Airport Blvd in between University Blvd and Hillcrest Rd. Regency also has an entrance off of Grelot Rd in between University Blvd and Hillcrest Rd and has multiple entrances off of University Blvd. Regency is a very active West Mobile Neighborhood. The University of South Alabama is located two miles North of Regency and there has been some major development around the Campus in the past five years. Publix Grocery Store just opened at the corner of Airport Blvd and University Blvd just half a mile from Regency’s Airport Blvd entrance. Everyone enjoys good ‘Southern Cookin’ and residents of Regency have some very notable restaurants right in their backyard. Some of these dining places are Moe’s Original BBQ West Mobile location, Montego’s Caribbean Cafe and Bay, and Via Emilia. Medal of Honor Park (or Cottage Hill Park) is just a mile away. Park amenities include four softball fields with lights, playground, disc golf course, dog park, one mile concrete track around the park, walking trails, tennis courts, football field, soccer fields, and lots of open green grass.
