White Plains NY Condo Sales Remain Strong June 2015

Unit sales in May were 15, unchanged from the same month last year. Sales/list price ratio in May moved up to 97.1% from 96.7% in April. 

Median price in May was $372,000. This is up 6.3% from $350,000 in May of 2014. 3-month median price of $374,500 in May was down slightly from $397,000 in April and down modestly from $437,500 in May of 2014. Price per square foot in May was $427. This is down from $586 in April but up from $338 in May of 2014. 

Inventory this month is 82, the same as last month. New listings of 28 in May were up a little from 26 in April and way up from 20 in May of 2014. Months of supply this month is 5.9, the same as last month. This is the highest months of supply has been since November, 2014. 

Days on market of 83 in May was up slightly from 75 in April and up modestly from 72 in May of 2014.
