If you have not checked out the many benefits Lowes offers to Realtors- Check it out now. They offer a way for Realtors to stay in touch with clients and it is FREE!

Lowes offers wonderful branded articles that they either mail or email to your clients. The newest is an email handbook that is emailed monthly to your clients. To get started go to www.LowesRealtorBenefits.com. When you signup and download a picture, profile and client info you are set to go. You will be provided the tools to personalize the emails or mailed publications. The information is great- And coupons are included.

The publications that are available are Woodworkers, Creative Ideas and Garden Club so there is something for everyone.

Lowes offers Realtors a 5% discount on giftcards that you can purchase individually or in bulk online. They make great closing gifts.

The resources are endless- website tools, RSS feeds, hurricane readiness videos, Realtor Rebates, and a library of publications. Stop by the site today and look around there are loads of useful benefits.

It is set up for Realtors- Not sure it would work for loan officers- You need your license number to sign up.

The discount gift cards make a great closing gift too, especially on those handyman specials. The monthly emails are a great way followup campaign. The coupons are the best!
