Corelogic just released the latest numbers on Home Equity and it states " that 94% of homeowners with a home value over $200,000 now have equity in their home!
Its funny because some news agencys are reporting that "Over 5 Million Properties Remain In Negative Equity"
That number is actually down by over a 1.2 million or 19.4% - thats the news!
Glass half full/ half empty - the 94% people who now have equity is where I stay focused, not just because I am that glass half full guy, but it is a number that is rising (not declining) and this is how it should be reported.
