Grand Junction New Home Sales for the Month of April

 Grand Junction New home sales have picked up in 2015 and the area builders are pleased.  There are several more new home communities coming up in the fall of 2015 that will add to the economic growth of the Grand Valley.  Thirty-one new homes were sold in April, 2015.  Heritage Estates was the most active with 7 sales.  The gross volume of new home sales was $7,562,600.
