Michael Jacobs  In our area unless if is a condo lawn service  is included  otherwise it is usually the responsiblty of the tenant to provide lawn service .  Interestning how areas differ .

What a nice home, and sure to please someone.  One note, if the landlord pay for the gardening service, does he also pay for water?  These days, when folks are being fined for using above a certain limit, this may be a negotiating point... Wishing you a quick contract.  A
