Throughout Northwest Arkansas, there are many different communities and areas, catering to different tastes, lifestyles, and budgets. Bella Vista, located north of Bentonville and bordering the Arkansas/Missouri state lines, was originally founded as a retirement community, and still has many ammenities that one would expect in such a community, such as a golf course and public parks. In 2006, Bella Vista incorporated and the population is slowly changing to include more famalies with children.
Like many parts of Arkansas, Bella Vista is situated among mountains and beautiful wooded acres. As you drive along the twisting roads, you feel like in you are in the middle of the secluded woods, but in fact, you are in the middle of the neighborhoods! Many homes have back yards that look over acres of woods, so even if you have neighbors close, you still get plenty of peace and quite.
Bella Vista is also very affordable. Homes range from under $100,00 to over $400,000. However, most of the homes currently on the market are under $250,000, with many very nice homes available under $150,000!
