Summertime Networking at Ice Cream Socials

 

One of our local title companies sponsors ice cream socials on one afternoon each month from May through September. These are events that Dolores and I try to attend because we get to see friends and the ice cream is wonderful. 

This is a very affordable kind of networking function if you are looking for summertime networking ideas. The event is held outside on the sidewalk/patio so there is no room rental involved. The time is always from 2 to 4 p.m which is a good time for real estate professionals and loan officers to take an afternoon break. The sponsor pays for the individual servings of ice cream and invitees can order anything they wish. Every 10th order is free for the sponsor as part of their deal. 

Invitations go out by email and all in the real estate industry are welcome. Some even bring their kids for a treat.
