Inventory of 68 in May was up 15.3% from 59 in April but down 2.9% from 70 in May of 2014. New listings of 27 in May were very slightly up from 26 in April and up modestly from 25 in May of 2014. Months of supply of 7.4 in May was up slightly from 6.2 in April but down considerably from 10.2 in May of 2014. This is the highest months of supply has been since October, 2014.

Days on market of 107 in May was up substantially from 80 in April and up slightly from 95 in May of 2014.
