Real estate sales in Monroe CT for May 2015  INCREASED 19% as compared to May 2014 closed sales and registered a 36% increase from April 2015 sales. See annual chart below.   

Average list and sales prices were flat with the median falling 6%. 

 

Market absorption came in at 7.37  months meaning it would take 7.37  months to sell off the present inventory of 140 homes keeping Monroe in a buyer's market statistically.
