Closing yesterday at Southern Abstract and Title on MLK in Idabel, OK went smoothly even though my sellers have already moved to Tennessee and were not able to be in Idabel for the closing. Working with Southern Abstract & Title, the deed had already been sent to the Sellers, who overnighted it back and then signed their other closing docs yesterday at their local bank in Tennessee, faxing them back to Southern.
Buyers were able to start moving in! I have the best clients, both Sellers and Buyers!
