4.  Research the prices of the area in which you want to live.  

5.  Are you decisive?

6.  Are you realistic, yes set a want list but also consider what is happening in the market.

7.  You are ready to stay put at least 5 years to get some equity.

8.  You've found a good trusting Realtor?
