There were 6 unit sales in May. This is down 25.0% from 8 in May of 2014. Sales/list price ratio in May moved up to 96.7% from 94.1% in April. 

Median price in May was $588,750. This is down 29.7% from $838,000 in May of 2014. 3-month median price of $577,250 in May was up slightly from $537,250 in April but down a little from $697,750 in May of 2014. Price per square foot in May was $286. This is down from $313 in April and down from $321 in May of 2014. 

Inventory of 73 in May was up 35.2% from 54 in April and up 2.8% from 71 in May of 2014. New listings of 30 in May were up moderately from 24 in April and up slightly from 28 in May of 2014. Months of supply of 8.7 in May was up considerably from 6.3 in April and up modestly from 7.8 in May of 2014. This is the highest months of supply has been since August, 2013. 

Days on market of 118 in May was up slightly from 109 in April but down considerably from 148 in May of 2014.
