Nice posting, Joey!! Summer, is the time to show off the homes, outside / inside, so make it shine with colors of the Season. Staging, really does set the mood for the marketing to capture that prospective buyer.
In most cases a good Realtor can tell you how to shape up the property for sale but then again there are those who would only take information from a professional stager. What ever way it happens, make it happen.
