4th of July Fireworks Information 2015 Montrose, CO
Get ready for fun on the 4th of July with the Montrose fireworks show. The show is sponsored by the local Rotary Club. The fire department will set off the rockets from Sunset Mesa. The show starts when it's dark, but leave early to make sure you get a great viewing spot.
Here are some things you might want to remember to bring:
- Chairs
- Blankets
- Bug spray
- Water
- Snacks
- Flashlight
- The kids
It's a good idea to leave your dog at home. A lot of dogs are afraid of the loud noises and that along with all of the people in one place, can really get your dog upset. Shelters across the country report that a large number of dogs come in after the 4th of July holiday, because they get scared and run off. Don't let this happen to you and your pet.
The most important thing to remember is to sit back, relax and enjoy the show.
