Rye NY Single Family Sales Up From Previous Month 6/15

There were 14 unit sales in May. This is up 16.7% from 12 in May of 2014. Sales/list price ratio in May moved up to 95.7% from 94.8% in April. 

Median price in May was $1,612,500. This is down 0.9% from $1,627,500 in May of 2014. 3-month median price of $1,625,000 in May was down slightly from $1,722,500 in April but up just slightly from $1,550,000 in May of 2014. Price per square foot in May was $568. This is down from $730 in April but up from $495 in May of 2014. 

Inventory of 144 in May was up 1.4% from 142 in April and up 28.6% from 112 in May of 2014. New listings of 36 in May were down considerably from 70 in April and down slightly from 41 in May of 2014. Months of supply this month is 10.2, the same as last month. This is the highest months of supply has been since May, 2013. 

Days on market of 51 in May was way down from 95 in April and down substantially from 188 in May of 2014. This is the lowest days on market has been since September, 2014.
