Here are the Sales numbers for the Montrose Area for the first 6 months of 2015, compared to the same time period for going back to 2011.
You will notice that Home Sales in the City and the County of jumped dramatically in 2015 along with the Median Price of a home, which has increased from $158,000 from a year ago to $174,000 for the first 6 months of 2015.
Similar increase can be seen for home sales in the County.
Residential Lot sales remain in the City remain very flat. An increase in Residential lot sales in the County, although lot sales in general still remain sluggish.
