June 2015 Moncton area (overall) MLS® Home Price Index for a single family detached home increased 1.61 % from last month.
However the HPI was down 2.1% from 12 months ago:
The Home Price Index for single family detached housing in the municipalites of Dieppe, Moncton and Riverview has not followed the same path as the index for areas outside of "metro" Moncton.
(June 2015 unit sales in Dieppe, Moncton and Riverview accounted for almost 50% of all area sales.)
