Fort Lauderdale, FL, June 26th, 2015 – Richard Schwartz with RE/MAX Commercial Associates recently represented the Seller, RL REGI-FL, LLC, in the sale of two warehouses at the Royal Commerce Center, located at 5921 NW 176^th Street Miami, FL. The Buyer of the properties, 595 W 104 LLC, purchased the warehouses for $124,900 each. The Buyer was represented by Diaz and Company.
