Homes sold in Flowers Plantation in June 2015

There were eighteen homes sold in Flowers Plantation in June 2015. The homes sold ranged in price from $160,000 for a three bedroom 1800 square foot cottage to $418,000 for a four bedroom, three and a half bath 2850 square foot custom built home. Ten of the homes were resales with an average selling price of $110 a square foot, a low of $82 and a high of $147. The homes sold on average in 48 days and as quickly as four days and the longest took 273 days to sell. The resales were built from 2006-2012. There were 21 homes in June of 2014.

New Construction Home Sales In Flowers Plantation

Of the eight new homes that sold in June three were townhouses and five were single family homes. Built in 2014 and 2015 the homes sold for an average of $109 a square foot with a low of $85 a square foot and a high of $159. There was one pre-sale and they sold in about 90 days on average. Some of the builders offered financial concessions ranging from $2,000-$5,500.

The 67 Flowers Plantation homes for sale range in price from $154,900 for a 1600 square foot townhouse to $725,000 for a 5000 square foot custom built executive home.  There are 24 homes under contract at the moment in the development. Some of the neighborhoods in Flowers Plantation are gated while others are not and thus have lower HOA dues. The subdivision is very popular with home buyers of all kinds whether it be growing families, young couples or empty nesters as there is a home size and style to meet most needs. A new full service hospital has just opened in Clayton 10 minutes away and while the area is growing it still has a rural small town feel.
