Ten of the homes were resales with an average selling price of $110 a square foot, a low of $82 and a high of $147. The homes sold on average in 48 days and as quickly as four days and the longest took 273 days to sell. The resales were built from 2006-2012. There were 21 homes in June of 2014.

Built in 2014 and 2015 the homes sold for an average of $109 a square foot with a low of $85 a square foot and a high of $159. There was one pre-sale and they sold in about 90 days on average. Some of the builders offered financial concessions ranging from $2,000-$5,500.
