I can see why there are no homes for sale in the Harvest neighborhood in Fort Collins. No doubt homeowners love their digs.  I think the back alley garage access is a great concept as it gives the homes such great curb appeal. So many homes appears to be all garage when you drive by them.

Sounds like a nice neighborhood. Many areas here have low sales only because there is a low amount of homes put up for sale. Hope things are well, still busy here
