Howzabout a nice little beach getaway with over 6000 square feet? Or perhaps something slighly more manageable with around 4000? These two homes are perched on Basalt rock, volcanic formations which are a much better place to set a foundation than on sand. Other places Basalt rock is found are in Yachats and Depoe Bay.
