It is my professional opinion that Bakers Bay Condo Community has increased in value quicker then other condo communities in the area . The question is will the values continue to rise . They are self managed and seem to do an excellent job . My opinion is if they do not over price their units . Greed may hurt the market place .
I do receive many calls from buyers requesting this community . The buyers seem to love the location They also like the privacy and security of the gated twenty four hour guard . The other plus is the beauty of the waterfront . The deck and the small beach where you can fish and enjoy the view of the river . Do not try to swim in these waters as many a professional swimmer has drown in these waters . It is for boaters not for swimming . There is a beautiful pool for swimming both indoor and outdoor .Septa train station is a short walk away and you can get to Center City Philadelphia in a matter of minutes
There are so many activities at Bakers Bay . That is what makes Bakers Bay so special . Condo living is not for everyone .It is a care-free style of living . No more mowing the lawn or trimming the bushes . You may plant some flowers if you wish but none of the heavy landscaping chores .Someone else does that for you . You have better things to do with your time . Enjoy activities or all the beautiful amenities that Bakers Bay has to offer .
