Brokers OPENS

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Greater Cleveland Southwest

Wondering how most of you are doing with Brokers these days.  Many of us don't have the buyers we used to, so although previewing properties keeps us up on the market, I'm wondering how you're turnouts have been.  It seems if you are not providing a lunch, gas card drawing or more, you just can't get the draw.  Do you think touring is "popular" or unpopular because we have so much inventory, there's no big hurry to get out there and see what's new on the market until it gets the correct price adjustment?

I had my first brokers in awhile, and although I attend brokers, I was surprised to have only 20 agents.  When I say only that's because I delivered over 80 invites to offices and paid for a realtor blast on realtour.biz, sent out over 300 emails to the colleagues at our 4 ofiices in Cleveland.  Granted several of them had brokers of their own today, but one company I used to work for was definately invisible......any thoughts?
