Meanwhile, average sales price per square foot rose 10 percent – from $360 to $396 – while the number of days a home remains on the market declined from 118 days to 84 days – a drop of 40 percent!
Properties are moving quickly, and South Miami’s reputation as a great place to live is driving up demand. Opportunities abound for everyone. For sellers who market and price their properties correctly, you will likely find multiple offers. Those looking to buy will find lots of variety, but will need to be very vigilant and proactive – be prepared to make an offer on the spot!
