Everyone loves Larchmont! I find that people downsize as they get older, seek larger homes as their family grows, but one thing  is certain, they love the area, its close proximity to the city, to water sports, being able to walk to the village and to the train,  and the great school stats. As of June 30th, 2015, there were 29 available single family properties on the market ranging in price from $679,500 to $5,950,000. There were 19 properties in contract ranging in price from $689,000 to $2,750,000 and there were 25 Sold single family homes ranging in price from $725,000 to $2,500,000. The median sales price was $1,320,000, the average price per square foot was $482.39 and sales price to original list price ratio was 98.53%. There were 11 homes that sold over list price.               Larchmont is GREAT!
