MRIS Introduces the NEW Product Mosaic!
I attended the training session in Arnold MD to learn the brand NEW DC Area interactive Realtor Client MLS portal.
The Instructor was great. The webinar is not available for many weeks. So, be prepared to spend a half day driving to and then doing the training until it is hosted online. The product interested me so I allocated half a day to invest time in learning it early.
I like the fact that it interacts with MRIS Homes.
So, if a client changes their search area you the Agent are the first to know.
That never happens, right?
I like the Facebook quality to it. I like the team aspect to it. Everybody can jump aboard and write notes, grade with stars, and interact in general.
What I do not like?
Did tbey forget us? You know, the Realtor? Us. The ones paying for it.
Where is the print button? The cart feature? Where is the take action button? The prospective home purchaser like this house and that house so let's print the favs out, write the showing instructions on the printout, and then go take the appointment.
NUh uh. Nope. Hold your horses.
Someone forgot to beta test. Or ask us. Or even think that this toy should be more than busy work for us.
Let's hope they catch on fast. We need pen, paper, or Control C , Control V tactics until then.
This product could be great. Instead it missed the boat. Right now, it missed the whole MARINA.
Print button or cart mechanism, please.
