I would like to invite you to join me today in Newberg, Oregon for the 2015 Special Olympics. For the past 2 years, I've been volunteering for the Special Olympic Oregon State Games and I have to say last year was so rewarding, that I've signed up again this year.
Now, I know they don't need any more volunteers this year, but they still do need people to cheer them on! I promise no matter who you cheer for, you will see the biggest smiles you have ever seen in your life.
Each contestant is a winner in my book! If I could give them all GOLD medals, I would, but like all sports, there has to be a winner and a loser, but I know each of these athletes have trained all year for these games and it shows!
SO COME OUT AND CHEER ON THESE AWESOME ATHLETES!
