KEEPING $$ FROM GOING DOWN THE TOILET!

We all know that keeping in contact with our "sphere of influence" is a major factor in our success or our ultimate failure as real estate agents.  If you asked 10 different people what their best marketing return has been on their invested dollar, you would probably hear 10 different answers.

Well... here's number 11!

I am a subscriber to an email newsletter provider where I can create customized emails to send out as much as I want to my database.  For a flat monthly fee, I can manipulate the existing templates (which are in the hundreds) to support my existing brand image.  This can be in the form of a newsletter, a just listed or sold card, an open house invitation, etc...

Do you know what the best part is?  I can actually track who is looking at my marketing pieces, how many times they open the email, if they click on one of my inserted links, etc...!  Now, what other form of marketing can do that?
