Mesa Community One Of Nations Best Sellers

Real Estate Agent with Realty Executives

It was fun to see the news about Eastmark in Mesa, AZ being recognized as  one of the nation's top selling master-planned communities in the nation.

Sales in Eastmark were up 148% over last year.

We feel like there are a lot of reasons for the success of Eastmark. A wonderful master plan, acres and acres of community parks, all kinds of great community amentities, easy freeway access, new schools coming to the area, close to a growing airport and many new jobs coming to the area

There's a LOT of buzz about the fact that Apple has invested $2billion in this area, just on the north east side of the community. That seems to be really good news for the entire region.

Heck, there's even a BIG Orange Monster in Eastmark. How cool is that?!?!

I've helped people buy in Eastmark and I've talked to a LOT of residents, builders and agents about the area and it always seems to be the same reaction... "What a cool community!"

"Eastmark is a huge master planned community with a great mix of commercial, residential, retail, entertainment and open spaces. This community will be spread out over 5 square miles and 3,200 acres of land"

Take a look at all of the things Eastmark has to offer. You'll be glad you did!

I just don't get over here very much anymore. I'd like to start doing some more again and am looking to add some staff to help me do more so that I can start writing again.

Thanks for the nudge. :)
