Inventory is certainly short in Fort Collins.  Lots of people are focused on "Back to School" but there are still many buyers looking for that perfect home.

We've got a seasonal slowing going on here of late. Got me a bit nervous until I realized it's cyclical - there are still buyers looking, just a bit fewer right now. They'll be back.  Let's hope sellers get their homes listed and sold (with  you)  before the cycles of appreciating market values and low interest rates become history.
