Ana and Ray Get the Home They Want in Top Gwinnett School District

House Hunters, you have missed out on an incredible opportunity that was recently scooped up. A couple of Buyers - Ray and Ana - landed a beautiful home in one of the top school districts in Gwinnett County and the metro Atlanta area. Yep, another home is a SOLD home in Lilburn’s Olde Maryland subdivision, SOLD June 30, 2015.

One call to the owner’s agent got us a quick appointment with the homeowner, who was kind enough to let us tour the home, even though he was busy getting ready for an out-of-town business trip. We had just left the subdivision to view another property, so we quickly turned around and then waited about 15 minutes for the owner to finish packing, put his dog in the car and leave the house.

It was worth the wait. Ana and Ray fell in love with the home, which sat high above street level and faced undisturbable green space. They also liked the home’s unique features, such as a window seat in the kitchen, a kitchen serving pantry and 2 fireplaces. They were so excited about the the privacy offered by the fenced back yard, which came complete with a playset already in place for their 2 elementary school aged children. But the biggest drawing factor for Ana and Ray was the top notch school district that came with the home. The couple is thrilled that their kids will have a chance to receive a quality education. 

After discovering their perfect place to call home, their agent moved swiftly to place a contract on the home. They performed a thorough due diligence and -- after several negotiations to address repairs, maintenance and final purchase price -- they made it to closing. Hoo-ray! Their relocation from the ‘Windy City’ could now commence.
