And the average sale price continued to edge up year over year (+3%). The average price per square foot increased (+5%) as well telling us that home prices of all sizes are increasing in the Parkside. The average days on market has decreased, less than 3 months now, which typically signals a sellers market. The 12 month moving average, $263,222 is up slightly (+1%) from the same time last year. The number of homes currently on the market is 103, 37% less than last year. And the number of homes currently under contract in the Parkside is 73, up 11% year over year.
