I think you should be climbing by September in the rice so to speak. Again, love and light! :)
I agree that June could have been a fluke in all honesty in the broadest sense.
Tammy Lankford I always look at the trends and three to four months gives us a better feel which the media does not share...Look at my Market Report in Marina Del Rey,CA one month was out of line for the 12 months...look forward to your next report, Endre
Good morning Tammy. Nice job with your report, enough detail for a prospective seller to know that you should be contacted.
Thanks for the information. I can't imagine a home being on the market for 973 days.
Tammy, a climbing sales price to list price ratio is a great indicator of an improving market. Enjoy your day!
Hi Tammy. Thanks for the update for the Lake Sinclair real estate market.
Our list to sale price is very similar to yours Tammy. Prices are strong and successful buyers have to come to the plate ready to pay.
I'll bet that you do break the June record. 973 days for a listing might be the most I've seen in several years. Do they really want to sell?
Hi Tammy, I can't understand why any seller or Realtor would want a listing to linger for that long. Great, detailed report
Laura Cerrano while I hope we have an above average September this year I really hope things will slow down a little. A girl is tired.
Endre Barath, Jr. me too on my full month report. This is just a mid month "are we where we are supposed to be?" update
Joe Petrowsky we do have listings moving right now. In less than 900 days I might add.
Hang in there and keep doing what you do. As generic as that sounds, I mean every word. Love and light. :)
