Looking for foreclosure auctions - here it is, old fashioned style, at the courthouse steps!
Actually in Kona we have them at the "Flagpole" instead of the courthouse, but it is the same thing, no online waiting, bidding against others in cyberspace, waiting for the auction house to give you an answer, only to find out after you won, all the bids were to low (that's in the small print on page 108 of the online disclosure-lol) ........ This is live, in person, open bidding at the flagpole.
