Steamboat Springs Real Estate Sales Jul 10-16, 2015

23 Steamboat Springs real estate sales this past week were reported today in the Steamboat Pilot with a dollar volume of $7,972,770.  Of those reported Steamboat area real estate transactions, 10 were closed single family home sales, 8 condo/townhome sales, 5 lot/land and no commercial Steamboat real estate sales closed.

However, it is noteworthy that of the 14 pending Steamboat Springs real estate transactions listed for over $1 million, as reported by the Steamboat Springs Board of Realtors MLS, 36% of those are commercial/industrial sales.  9% of the total 160 pending Steamboat Springs area real estate sales are listed for over $1 million, 6% are pending between $999,999 and $800k, 12% are pending between $799,999 and $600,000, 21% are between $599,999 and $400,000, 18% are pending in the $300,000s and 35% are pending with a list price under $300,000.

The total pending list price dollar volume is $88,341,494 with the average pending list price up to $552,134 and the median up to $394,950.
