Not everybody should buy a home, and the agent who speaks up and says so is an agent people can trust. Of course, Nick, a bourbon drinker is also a trustworthy guy, so you've got it covered on both accounts.

I agree with Elizabeth, not everybody should purchase a home but running the numbers is always beneficial. I'd rather pay a mortgage than rent if the mortgage is less.

This is good reading for prospective home buyers and they will be in good hands when they use your professional real estate services.
