Inventory of 111 in June was down 4.3% from 116 in May but up 7.8% from 103 in June of 2014. New listings of 41 in June were down slightly from 51 in May but up considerably from 27 in June of 2014. Months of supply of 6.1 in June was down modestly from 6.5 in May but up slightly from 5.5 in June of 2014.
Days on market of 69 in June was down a little from 84 in May but up modestly from 65 in June of 2014. This is the lowest days on market has been since October, 2014.
