Prior to the Internet, a person was considered a complete contact if you had their name and home phone number. Since then, real estate has become digital.

Now, cell numbers and email addresses solidify a person as a complete contact.
But there's still a missing link. Today, getting the home address of each client (and the contact info above) will make them a truly complete contact.

Name, Phone, Email, and Home Address allow you to reach out on multiple levels. 
Their phone number means you can call or text to ensure your cell phone number is either in their Saved Contacts, Recent Calls or Text Messages.

Their email address allows you to remind them that you are still in the business on a bi-weekly basis and internalize your marketing to get them on
your website

Their home address allows you to send out hand written greetings. You can also set up Seller's Corner alerts for homeowners that may be curious about the real estate market.
