There were 19 unit sales in June. This is up 90.0% from 10 in June of 2014. Sales/list price ratio in June moved up to 98.5% from 98.2% in May. 

 

Prices
Median price in June was $555,000. This is down 0.9% from $560,000 in June of 2014. 3-month median price of $555,000 in June was up marginally from $548,000 in May and up just slightly from $534,500 in June of 2014. Price per square foot in June was $246. This is up from $239 in May but down from $254 in June of 2014. 

 

Inventory
Inventory of 74 in June was up 8.8% from 68 in May and up 1.4% from 73 in June of 2014. New listings of 25 in June were down a little from 27 in May but up slightly from 21 in June of 2014. Months of supply this month is 7.4, the same as last month. On a year-over-year basis, months of supply has been rising for 4 months. This is the highest months of supply has been since October, 2014. 

 

Market Time
Days on market of 90 in June was down slightly from 107 in May and down just slightly from 91 in June of 2014.
