People love to call Northridge Subdivision home. It has a great location just north of town and covers areas on both the east and west side of Highway 65. There are wooded lots and those that are more open. The mountain and valley views are wonderful. Some of the homes have the Big Ditch running through them. This is an irrigation ditch that flows all year round like a creek, and it has trout in it.
There are 89 homes in Northridge Subdivision, and there are many different floor plans and home styles and sizes. Some homes have a finished basement which isn't a common feature in this area.

Cedaredge, CO is known as the Gateway to Grand Mesa. The Mesa has over 300 lakes and reservoirs and is an outdoor lovers paradise. It's the world's largest flat top mountain. Hiking, biking, photography, sight seeing, fishing, hunting, skiing and snowmobiling are all popular activities. Scenic Byway Highway 65 travels right over the top of Grand Mesa.
Cedaredge is a small mountain town with about 1800 people. The name has an interesting origin. The town sits on the edge of the cedar trees, so it was called Cedaredge. For a small town it has a lot going for it. There's numerous restaurants, a brewpub, an old west town and a challenging 18 hole golf course.
