United Launch Alliance is planning to launch a Delta IV rocket with a military communications satellite due on Thursday at 8:07pm. There will be a 39 minute launch window. There is a 60% chance that the launch will go as planned.
Originally the launch was scheduled for today, but it was postponed due to bad weather.
The Space Coast Office of Tourism also has planned a launch watch party to start at 6:30pm and will be held in front of the Hilton Hotel in Cocoa Beach near Lori Wilson Park. This is a free event to the public.

I am 15 miles south of the Cape and I can hear it just fine! Tonights launch was a little cloudy so I heard it, but I didn't see it.
