The Checklist: Google Shuttle, Gourmet Kitchen and High Ceilings?

Just like flying an airplane, searching for a home is best when you have a checklist.  And when you search for a home, like when you learn to fly an airplane, you want to best equipment possible.  And I believe I have found a great tool to help my buyers discover more than the homes that fit their needs, they can also discover homes that fit their 'wants' and lifestyle.

That tool is called RealScout and it makes searching for a home, relevant.

Here is a brief overview:  First, you create your checklist.

This particular search is looking at location, Condition & Style, and Features.  The criteria selected is:

  • Near Google Shuttle
  • Gourmet Kitchens
  • High Ceilings

Note:  The sliding scale of color in the upper right-hand corner.  It is from light blue to dark blue.  The darkest blue is closest to fulfilling all three criteria requested in our search.

Overall, the buyers I work with seem to like the simplicity when searching for homes.  It's also a great tool for sellers to use when considering upgrades. The site also has a "Feature Search", where you can search for homes that have specific features.  Click on the feature search below to see it live.

Christina I agree checklists are not just for Pilots:) now my questions is does this App also identify that the properties nearby are sort of kind of a "dump" or sort of kind of have "great curb appeal"? Endre

Hm, Endre, that is a question I would need to pose to the customer service reps.  BTW, it is now available in Southern California.  Thanks for asking :)
