Kathy - I respect and admire you for going the extra mile.

I recently cleaned up a home I was fortunate enough to list for an out-of-state client. I cleaned up the kitchen, cleaned out the fridge and the cabinets, mopped the floors, swept the driveway, picked up all the trash, cleaned the bathroom, fixed the gate, cleaned out the storage shed, and helped find a handyman to mow the 1/3 acre property, remove a tree stump, and fix the irrigation system.

I had the home sold before I even put a sign in the yard because someone spotted me at the property cleaning up and asked if it was for sale. He was a neighbor and knew of someone who was interested, and the rest is history.
