This is down 17.5% from $1,955,100 in June of 2014. 3-month median price of $1,600,000 in June was down a little from $1,625,000 in May and down just slightly from $1,607,500 in June of 2014. Price per square foot in June was $551. This is down from $568 in May but up from $474 in June of 2014.
Inventory
Inventory of 149 in June was up 2.8% from 145 in May and up 29.6% from 115 in June of 2014. New listings of 35 in June were down marginally from 36 in May but up a little from 32 in June of 2014. Months of supply of 10 in June was down just slightly from 10.3 in May but way up from 7.1 in June of 2014.
