Inventory of 149 in June was up 2.8% from 145 in May and up 29.6% from 115 in June of 2014. New listings of 35 in June were down marginally from 36 in May but up a little from 32 in June of 2014. Months of supply of 10 in June was down just slightly from 10.3 in May but way up from 7.1 in June of 2014.
