Gaithersburg Creative Tot Time Registration
Registration is now open for Gaithersburg’s popular Creative Tot Time preschool program. Creative Tot Time provides a warm, loving environment for little ones to explore letters, colors, numbers, and sounds. The small group environment encourages socialization skills, with classes held from 9 to 11:30 a.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays for three year olds, and on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for four years olds, throughout the school year.
With two teachers for every 14 to 16 children, there is plenty of individual attention. During the class, preschoolers will enjoy music time, story time, and show and tell. There are even special projects and activities throughout the year, including trips to the pumpkin patch in the fall and flower planting in the spring.
All classes are held at Casey Community Center, 810 S. Frederick Avenue (just north of Shady Grove Road). Please note that all children must be potty-trained. The school year fee for Tuesday/Thursday classes for three year olds is $700 for City of Gaithersburg residents and $825 for nonresidents. The school year fee for Monday/Wednesday/Friday classes for four year olds is $975 for City of Gaithersburg residents and $1,150 for nonresidents. Registration is going on now, and slots are limited. Classes start September 8, 2015. Register online here or in-person at the Casey Community Center.
For more information contact the Casey Community Center. This is a City of Gaithersburg announcement.
Subhash Sharma This nice looking False spirea is native to eastern Siberia, Korea, Japan, Manchuria and even in northern China. While it’s disease resistant and has no known pest problems it can be invasive and can quickly become a problem in small gardens or areas.
