The Steamboat Pilot reported over $12 million total Steamboat Springs real estate sales this past week with $11,846,000 of those Steamboat Springs area sales as whole ownership transactions. The 23 Steamboat real estate sales break down to 12 single family, 9 condo/townhome, 2 lot/land, and no commercials sales were recorded this past week.
165 pending Steamboat Springs real estate transactions were reported by the Steamboat Springs Board of Realtors MLS on Sunday, with a pending dollar volume of $92,913,089, an average pending list price of $563,109 and median $394,900.
10% of the Steamboat Springs pending sales have a list price over $1 million, 5% are pending with a list price between $999k and $800,000, 12% are between $799,000 and $600,000, 19%are between $599,000 and $400,000, 19% are pending with a list price in the $300,000s, and 35% are pending below $300,000. Further, 49% of Steamboat Springs pending real estate sales are single family, 35% are condo/townhome, 8% are lot/land, 6% are commercial/industrial, and 2% are fractional pending sales.
